It is important to remember the sacrifice that was made during the First World War, especially at the centenary of the armistice.
Our under 16’s (with some help from the under 15’s) showed their respect by playing in kit adorned with the Poppy, during their away game at Crowborough.
An impeccably observed 2 minutes silence was held not once but twice, once at 11am and again before kick off.
Both teams were a credit to their clubs and to the rugby family as a whole.
We will remember them.
