The RFU have again changed ticketing arrangements in that registered Clubs may from now apply online for their initial allocation of tickets for each match (for ERFC this is 21) but there may be further opportunities to purchase tickets when the Ticket Exchange opens at the end of July .
Should you wish to apply for tickets could you return to John Martin, (firstname.lastname@example.org) the application from asap showing your preferences, at the same time paying either by cheque or bank transfer for tickets at the upper limit you are prepared to pay, as indicated on the form. Any excess payment will be refunded when the tickets are sent to you. NB It may not be possible to meet 1st preferences in all instances since as in the past ticket availability from the RFU may restrict choice .
Please indicate on the form if you are not prepared to take tickets other than your first preferences and what your upper limit on ticket price is. We have already applied for our allocation of tickets for the Australia game (21 @ £115), assuming from past experience that there will be at least demand for this number at this price, but haven’t done this for the other games where demand is less certain and junior tickets are available. We will be applying for tickets for the Argentina and Samoa games as I receive your application forms, so these tickets will largely be allocated on a on a first come first served basis. We will ensure that adult and junior seats in the same application are seated together.
